Having previously served as Head of Production, he combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, ensuring that every project is meticulously planned and executed to the highest standards.

He leads a multidisciplinary team of highly skilled local crew—including carpenters, welders, electricians, and painters. His extensive experience allows him to anticipate challenges, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless coordination between production planning and on-site execution.

Certified in Basic First Aid, CPR, and Working Safely standards, Chaudhary prioritizes a safe and productive working environment for his teams. Renowned for his technical expertise, leadership, and attention to detail, he consistently transforms complex creative concepts into flawless, production-ready builds, delivering exceptional results across every event.

Faisal Paduvingal

Client Service Manager

Faisal brings over 15 years of experience in event production, supported by a strong background in branding and marketing. He has played a pivotal role in delivering a wide range of projects, combining creative insight with operational expertise to ensure impactful results.

He oversees procurement across all Impact Events projects, ensuring cost efficiency, quality control, and strong supplier relationships. As Client Service Manager, Faisal leads client coordination across multiple projects, fostering clear communication, trust, and long-term partnerships.

Proficient in 2D graphic design using Adobe Illustrator, he contributes to the visual development of projects, aligning branding with execution. His professional certifications—including IOSH Managing Safely, Basic First Aid with CPR, and Fire Warden training—reflect his strong commitment to maintaining safe and compliant working environments.

Norielyn, a Civil Engineer and certified Safety Officer, brings extensive construction expertise to Impact Events, playing a critical role in the technical and operational success of projects. She is the go-to specialist for technical drawings, producing precise, production-ready plans and layouts using advanced AutoCAD and 3D modeling tools. Her work ensures that creative concepts are accurately translated into practical, buildable solutions.

With a strong focus on safety and compliance, Norielyn rigorously upholds international standards across all stages of project execution, contributing to safe and efficient site operations. She is highly detail-oriented, ensuring that every drawing and specification aligns with structural requirements, site conditions, and production workflows.

Norielyn has been instrumental in delivering major events in Doha, including the FIFA World Cup Draw Hospitality Lounge, high-impact sponsor activations for global brands such as Coca-Cola and Adidas, and premier sporting events like Formula 1, Qatar Masters, and MotoGP Qatar. Jeremy Resurreccion

SNR Site Supervisor

Jeremy brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in site operations, supported by a strong background in carpentry and construction. He has developed deep expertise in leading teams for fit-outs, stage set construction, and exhibition production, consistently delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.

As a Senior Site Supervisor, Jeremy oversees all on-site activities, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in line with design specifications. He is highly skilled in coordinating labor, managing subcontractors, and maintaining clear communication between project teams to keep operations running smoothly.
